My Background
For over 20 years, I have supported and coached both men and women, young and old from different ethnicities.

Primarily for organisations that support people with an intellectual disability and those who support them.

I have done this alongside other staff as well as in management.

I have applied these lessons with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures and abilities.  Identifying what works with each person. Creating individualized programs to meet their specific goals and needs.

I have worked with dozens of people, from various backgrounds and cultures, over 20 years to gain what they considered success. Whether it was to lose weight, become happier, find a new job, start a business or simply be more organised and productive.
How we work
We spend time getting to know you. Documenting your past, your present and where you want to go in the future. Analysing how we can help you get there.

We provide you with the tools you need to change how you live so that you can perform and function with absolute clarity, consistency and efficiency. Helping create a plan designed to bring you happiness and fulfillment.
 
01. Step One
We initially meet either in person or via Zoom for a one-hour meeting.

At this meeting, we will outline the next 4 steps that you will take over the course of the next week.

A follow up meeting will be scheduled for 7 days after the first meeting.

02. Step Two
You will receive daily emails with information and lessons that you will work on and return.

We will meet twice a week for one hour during the first 4 weeks for a coaching session.
This will reduce to once a week for the remaining 21 weeks that you are in the program.
